House Hunting Again Some More

In the time since I've left off posting, we've been busy real estate bees.  We've seen well over one hundred houses at this point, and made many offers.  On the upside, my geography of our local area is way stronger than before.  On the downside, we just lost out on our 9th bidding war last night.  You simply cannot compete against buyers who are waiving all contingencies and paying all cash.  Do we have another bubble in the making?  If I were good with a crystal ball I could probably use that to a huge advantage, but sadly I am far to down to earth for that.  What to do?  What to do?
